Ten Years of God’s Faithfulness
“He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.” I Thessalonians 5:24
This Sunday marks a very special day for our Crosspoint family. We are moving into our new home at World Vision in Monrovia—and celebrating 10 years of Crosspoint!
Ten years ago, when God called our family to California to plant a church, we could never have imagined all that the next ten years would hold. We couldn’t have imagined a global pandemic, the challenges of finding a permanent place to meet, or the many unexpected seasons our church family would walk through together.
But through every season, God has been faithful.
We’ve watched Him provide, open doors, bring people together, change lives, and do things we could never have planned ourselves. What a gift it has been to see what God has done in the lives of our Crosspoint family—and to know that He is not finished.
As we step into this new building and this next chapter, our eyes remain on Jesus. The building is simply a tool; the church is His people.
So this Sunday, we celebrate 10 years not because of what we have accomplished, but because of what God has done.
Ten years of Crosspoint. Ten years of God’s faithfulness. And we can’t wait to see what He does next.

Crosspoint’s 10th Birthday / First Sunday at World Vision
September 27 | 9:30 am & 11:30 am
This is a BIG Sunday!
We’ll celebrate ten years of God’s faithfulness to Crosspoint on the same Sunday we hold our first services at World Vision.
After the services, we’ll celebrate together with a taco truck!
Come ready to worship, celebrate, fellowship, eat some tacos, and thank God for all He has done! This will also be a great Sunday to invite someone to join you.
No Bible Study
September 30
Within eight days, we’ll move the church, send our ladies to retreat, celebrate our 10th birthday, and begin meeting at World Vision. That’s a lot!
So, there will be no Wednesday activities on September 30. Instead, spend the evening with your family, get some rest, and enjoy some margin before we begin our regular Wednesday schedule at World Vision on October 7.
AWANA
October 7 | 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Our weekly discipleship for kids and junior high students is returning soon. It will be on Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm.
This is a wonderful time for your kids to learn Biblical truths and memorize Bible verses all while having fun together!
Hoving Home
October 10 | 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
This is a great opportunity for women in our church family to go and share God’s Word and love with women who need hope and Christian friendship.
Marriage & Parenting Collective
October 31 | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Pastor Phillip and McKenzie will be hosting a special morning focused on marriage and parenting. Pastor Cary Schmidt and his wife, Dana, are joining us as we talk about building strong marriages and faithfully raising our families for Jesus.
Bring the whole family! Childcare will be provided for children of all ages. Child Evangelism Fellowship will be hosting a special children’s program and fall party for the kids.
And if you’d like to come early, breakfast will be available at 8:30 AM.

We believe in the power of prayer. We would love for you to join us for this special time to seek the Lord together before the morning service.
Sunday @ 9:30 am & 11:30 am - Worship Gatherings
Childcare and classes are available for kids through 5th grade.
Check-in for childcare starts 15 minutes prior to each gathering.
Wednesday @ 7:30 pm - Bible Study
Join us each Wednesday as we gather together around God’s Word and prayer. It’s a time to grow in our faith, encourage one another, and strengthen our connection as a church family.
Wednesday @ 7:00 pm - AWANA
A discipleship program for kids/teens for ages 3 years-9th grade: check-in starts at 6:45 pm.
