Preparing Our Hearts for Summer☀️🌊
Summer often brings slower schedules, vacations, family time, and opportunities for rest. Those can be wonderful gifts from God!
But while routines may change, our pursuit of Christ should remain consistent and faithful.
We should never take time off from seeking the Lord with our whole heart!
As we head into summer, let’s prepare our hearts now to remain faithful. Let’s stay committed to gathering with the church whenever possible, even while traveling, because worship is not just a habit — it’s a priority.
Hebrews 10:24-25 reminds us, “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”
Let’s continue faithfully reading God’s Word, spending time in prayer, and walking closely with Jesus daily. A busy or relaxed season can easily distract us if we are not intentional.
Psalm 105:4 “Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore!”
So let’s continue to focus on Jesus and serve with joy.
The church continues to be the church during the summer. There are still people to love, children to disciple, visitors to welcome, and opportunities to witness.
As always, Jesus said it best:
Matthew 5:16, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”
May this summer be a season of deeper dependence on Christ. When we rest physically, may we remain spiritually awake — faithfully seeking God’s face— loving His people, and shining His light everywhere we go.

Father’s Day
June 21 at 9:30 am & 11:30 am
Father’s Day is coming up! We will have a gift to honor all the guys in attendance. We are grateful for the important role each one of you play in and outside of our church.
And, whether your dad was an amazing father or not there for you when you really needed him, we have a perfect Heavenly Father. So let’s honor Him together. He is worthy of all praise!

Childcare and classes are available for kids through 4th grade.
Check-in for childcare starts 15 minutes prior to each gathering.
Wednesday @ 7:00 pm - Bible Study
Join us Wednesday night at 7:00 PM as we continue our series on Looking to Jesus. AWANA (3 years old through 9th grade) continues this Wednesday. Check in begins at 6:45 PM
